  • ROGER SAAD

    MANAGING PRINCIPAL

    Roger is the CEO & Founder of SK2 Development and is involved in all of its projects. He began his career working in two of New York City’s premier law firms as a corporate and real estate associate where he closed over $15 billion in transactions.

    As a segue to forming SK2 in 2013, he worked with his family’s real estate brokerage in 2008 and 2009 where they closed over $75,000,000 in real estate transactions and then as an individual sponsor of opportunistic real estate transactions in Southwest Florida during the real estate downturn.

    Roger graduated, cum laude, from the London School of Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.

  • CHARLIE THOMAS

    MD PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

    Charles has extensive public and private sector experience in land use planning, property acquisition, entitlements and development over a period of over 50 years.

    His projects have encompassed community master planning, site evaluation, development conceptualization, property analysis, project planning and permitting, land development code preparation, and business improvement district (BID) formation. Most notable amongst his career span are Cape Marco and Pier 81, high-rise residential developments, the Marco Island Yacht Club, and the Esplanade, a waterfront mixed use project on Marco Island, FL, Burroughs Wharf on Boston Harbor, and multiple buildings that contributed to the re-emergence of 5th Avenue South in downtown Naples.

  • CHIARA BONDESAN

    MD OPERATIONS & MARKETING

    Chiara oversees the day-to-day operations of SK2. A graduate in Law from the London School of Economics, Chiara has over 15 years experience in Tech working across industries from travel to government, oil and gas and healthcare, specializing in multi-million contract bids and global roll-out projects. She joined the SK2 team to help set-up it’s fintech arm which contributed to over $95M in transactions in one year.

    Bringing her expertise to the wider SK2 group in unifying multiple teams and people across different industries and professions, as well as her background in technology, start-ups, complex projects and negotiations, Chiara ensures SK2’s projects meet the standards we set ourselves, the ROI we deliver to our clients and upholds our reputation for excellence in the marketplace.
